It Works!
Today I completed the 12-week intermediate training program, which began on April 8, 2015. I progressed from 1.99 miles to 5.62 miles, and lost seven pounds. Their were some occasional hiccups with the app not talking to me during a workout and today it froze my iPhone 6 Plus about three minutes into the warmup, the only time its happened. What will I do tomorrow?
